Usage, Dosage & Precautions

How to Use:

  1. (For a Full Bath)Place 2 bath bags in your large pot with 2-3 gallons of water. (For a Foot Soak) Place 1 bath bags in your large pot with 1-2 gallons of water.

  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 5-10 minutes to create a concentrated decoction.【To save time, you can also soak the bath bag in boiling water for 5 minutes to produce a thick bath liquid

  3. Pour the thick bath liquid into your bath tub filled with warm water. Mix well.

  4. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Pat dry and rest afterwards. Stay hydrated.

Dosage: Take a bath every three days, with 2 small bags each time. 
Soak your feet once a day, 1 small bag each time.
